:
SIRZ offers a complete range of products and
services required by the Energy Industry. With
experience, capability and constant technological
updating, SIRZ guarantees to its Clients reliable
and certified equipment, with high performance
and in compliance with the international safety
and environmental criteria. SIRZ operates directly
to control all production and installation phases:
from the design to site erection up to start-up
and commissioning, including Client personnel
technical training, equipment operation monitoring
and after-sales service.

FURNACES
AND MAIN HEATERS :
Based on the process design and mechanical engineering
of ithe Clients and assuring the highest fabrication
quality standards, SIRZ develops the detail
engineering, manufacturing and assembling of
the steelworks for the casing, header boxes,
intermediate and terminal tube sheets and tube
bundle complete of refractory lining, using
all the materials suitable for the required
applications, including carbon steel, stainless
steel, low-alloy steels and nickel alloys. SIRZ
is also responsible for the site erection, up
to the final inspection, of the complete heater.

PRESSURE
VESSELS :
SIRZ designs and fabricate a diversified range
of pressure vessels, taking care of the engineering,
the fabrication and the inspection of the equipment
under CE stamp and in compliance with PED and
ATEX regulations and with the international
standards. The safety and reliability of SIRZ
products are assured by the use of high quality
materials (carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless
steel, Nickel and Copper alloys and micro-alloy
steels) and by the direct monitoring of each
fabrication phase, including after welding heat
release and surface treatments. Skilled personnel
work to exacting standards and supervise final
tests.

| REVAMPING
/ CONSTRUCTION :
SIRZ performs site construction activities and
revamping on furnaces, heaters and boilers associated
to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power
Generation Industry, either for domestic or
overseas projects.
SIRZ revamping activities on furnaces, heaters
and boilers have always been supported by the
thermal & mechanical know-how of the Company,
needed for the re-calculation of the pressure
parts, refractory lining and structures to replace
the existing, where necessary. In order to improve
its capability to develop the revamping activities,
SIRZ has designed and built its own machines
and tools to avoid scaffolding for re-tubing
(up to 24 m of tube length) the upper sections
of the equipment to be revamped. With these
facilities, SIRZ assures the Customer of a cost
and time effective solution.
For domestic site construction and revamping
projects SIRZ has involved its own personnel
as site workers. For overseas projects, workers
are recruited locally under SIRZ foremanship
and supervision.

FIRED HEATERS
:
SIRZ is capable to design, fabricate, install
and commission fired heaters associated to the
Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry. For
this purpose SIRZ has the adequate know-how
to perform the process and the thermal &
mechanical calculation of the complete heater,
including burners. The experience of the Company
has been developed on small and medium size
feed heaters plant, on start-up heaters plant
and on convective banks for heat recovery, downstream
the main reformers.

GAS
FILTERS :
SIRZ is capable to design and fabricate gas
filters for the most requested applications
in the natural gas industry (including power
generation) and generally for petrochemical
and chemical industry.
Types
covered by SIRZ range are:
Cyclone
separators
Through the centrifugal effect to the gas stream,
cyclone separators eliminate solid and liquid
particles with an average efficiency of 100%
for particles with diameters above 10 micron.

STEELWORKS
:
Steel Structures
For steel structures, SIRZ performs the complete
structural design, the construction and the
erection, in accordance with the international
standards, including the case of classified
seismic areas. Fabrication is carried out by
skilled personnel at both Italian (Padova) and
Czech Republic (Brno) premises. SIRZ is responsible
for the final installation at site.
