CAF are die cut from compressed asbestos fibre jointing which are manufactured from carefully selected chrysolite fibre intimately blended with suitable heat resistant binders.

The Spiral Wound Gaskets "Jay Seal" are composed of a metallic continuous stripe with a special shaped profile, coupled with a continuous filing stripe (Asbestos, PTFE, Graf oil etc) evenly wound in concentric fibre under constant stress.
